Their last hope is an expert in the supernatural (Tom Felton), but even with his help they may already be too late to save themselves from this terrifying force…

On any given day in New York, it’s not unusual to spot dozens of tourist buses cruising around midtown. But this morning was different, because we rode the bright red double-decker with a very special guest. Twilight’s Ashley Greene was there to unveil her DKNY Jeans Billboard, shot by high fashion photo duo Inez and Vinoodh. In between Starbucks pit stops, the 25-year-old NYLON cover girl filled us in on her baking hobby, holiday plans, and why her closet is overflowing with shoes.
How early did you have to wake up this morning?
I woke up at 7, so it wasn’t too bad. It’s funny, I actually just woke up and randomly decided to bake cookies this morning!
Wow, that’s impressive.
I’m preparing for my family to come visit me for the holidays, and I’m starting to realize that it’s hard to get ready, just between the cooking and the prep and all that. So I’m in total Betty Crocker mode right now [laughing]. I felt like a little kid, I was like, “cookies for breakfast!”
So you’re going to have a New York Christmas this year?
Yep, I moved here a few months ago because I’m working here right now. I wish it would be a white Christmas, but I don’t think that’s going to happen.
How was it doing your DKNY Jeans ad with Inez and Vinoodh? Were you nervous?
I wasn’t nervous once I got there because they made me feel so comfortable and made the shoot fun. They showed me the pictures as we were taking them, and I was just like, “how do you guys do this?” It’s like they’re a well-oiled machine because there’s two of them.
Who do you look to for fashion inspiration?
On the carpet I really like Gwyneth Paltrow because her style is pretty similar to mine. In everyday life, I really like Rachel Bilson’s style. She always looks really well put together, but in an effortless kind of way, like she’s just grabbed the clothes out of her closet.
What’s one item in your closet that’s been there forever?
Hm… I have this pair of jeans from seven years ago that I haven’t been able to get rid of. Shoes are also hard for me to throw out, because I never know what I’m going to need! So it’s always overwhelming for me to try to clean out my closet [laughing].
Thanks to The Vampire Club for these new medium quality photos of Ashley from yesterday! Enjoy!!
Ashley Greene is happy that she was able to play a vampire instead of a werewolf in the “Twilight” movies. When werewolves morph from human to canine, “you ruin all your clothes and, as a fashion lady, I wouldn’t be happy with that.”
What she is happy about is being the new face of DKNY and DKNY Jeans.
An advance look at the global spring ad campaign, shot by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, was offered this week in the heart of Times Square. For the official unveiling, Greene rode a double-decker tour bus to the tourist hub Thursday morning, stopping traffic and causing onlookers to whip out their smartphones for a double shot of Greene and Greene.
“This is very cool,” she said. “There are a lot of firsts for me here today. It’s my first photo op in Times Square, my first time on one of these buses and my first billboard for DKNY Jeans. It’s an exciting day.”
Dressed in a striking red fake fur jacket, dark denim boot-cut jeans and black suede booties — all DKNY, of course — the actress seemed a bit overwhelmed by how well the campaign shots looked. “They turned out great,” she said. “They’re such talented photographers and really captured the essence of New York.”
In addition to the jeans that she wears in one of the two Times Square billboards, Greene also said she loves the “movement” of DKNY dresses that she wears in other shots, because they’re so “easy, carefree and beautiful.”

We finally have some high quality photos of Ashley from yesterday. Check them out!!
The 24-year-old actress slips out of her Alice Cullen pixie cut and girlie clothes and into a pair of wide-leg jeans and a skintight tank top, looking sultry and sexy against a gritty urban backdrop.
Ash confessed to E! News, “In my wildest dreams I never thought I’d get to see myself that big in Times Square right before New Year’s.”
And the icing on the cake?
Her parents will see her ad when they come to spend the holidays with her in Manhattan.
But the Greenes won’t be going to any swanky bars or clubs to ring in the New Year—which also happens to be the actress’ mother’s birthday. Instead, the Greenes will have a “an easy and mellow” NYE at the restaurant of the hotel where her parents are staying, she told us.
Check out the video below to see what else Ashley had to say about her DKNY collaboration. Plus, she spills about working on the Pan Am set and saying goodbye to her Twilight Saga family next year!
“You can’t get more New York than that,” laughed Ashley Greene, as we rode with her in a double-decker bus after the unveiling of the star’s brand-new DKNY Jeans ad in—where else?—Times Square.
The Twilight actress was named the face of the DKNY brand in October, and this billboard is the first glimpse of her Spring 2012 ad campaign, shot by Inez van Lemsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin.
“I did not know it was going to be that big,” she told FashionEtc of the billboard. “It’s humongous! I don’t think in my wildest dreams I would have thought I’d be a part of something like that. It’s very exciting.”
Greene connected with the brand after attending a Donna Karan fashion show and meeting the namesake designer post-catwalk.
